Erlend Follegg is a norwegian lawyer graduated in 1998 from the legal faculty at Oslo university. Erlend worked as a scientific assistant at the university and published aspecial dissertation, which focused on where the borders between hobbies and businesses are drawn in relation to taxes.

After graduation, Follegg took a position as associate attorneyat Arthur Andersen & Co’s corporate tax division, followed by employment at Arthus Andersen & Andersen Legal.
